Our manifesto is here for public feedback
We are on a mission to create the most progressive and inclusive incubator on the planet. We long for a regenerative economy and work with the simple notion that the economy is, for a large part, a sum of our entrepreneurial activities. We aim for more challengers of the current systems. Our collective success as changemakers is defined by our ability to help these challengers thrive and to share our lessons learned with the world.
In the past weeks, we have been shaping our manifesto in gradually expanding groups. This manifesto helps us stick to our goals, thrive and accelerate our movement. We are curious to hear your thoughts on it.

Create positive impact
Do no harm. Aim to leave people, communities, and ecosystems better than you found them. Never look away from the externalities.
Be audacious
Challenge the status quo. Dare to imagine and build the change others consider impossible.
Drive systemic change
Elevate your system. Work with partners and stakeholders to address root causes, not just symptoms. Dare to go deep by addressing longstanding patterns of colonisation and inequality.
Thrive
Profit is a means, not the mission. Build resilient organisations as living systems that can grow their positive impact over time. Think and act in collectives and collaboration, beyond competition.
Practice your Theory of Change
Craft and refine your Theory of Change continuously. Monitoring, learning, and adapting matter more than the assumptions you started with.
Make it personal
Talk to your stakeholders, especially the people you serve. Listen deeply and build with them, not just for them.
Include stakeholders in your governance
How you make decisions is just as important as the decisions themselves. Share power, invite participation, and create accountability through inclusion.
Be real
Don’t fake it. Make it. Honesty pays off.
Think long term
Create value that lasts. Make decisions with future generations and lasting impact in mind.
Be mission-driven
Fall in love with the problem. Not with the solution. Be resourceful and resilient, open to feedback and inspiration, and stick to your foundational values as you build and face setbacks and challenges.
Technology is not neutral
Technology carries our values and objectives. Be considerate while applying and creating technology. Continue to return to the question: what makes life valuable for humans and nature at large?
Care for yourself and others
Care for your own well-being and that of everyone you work with: team members, partners, and stakeholders. Regenerative change requires calm and happy people.
Share our lessons learned
We reflect on our activities, co-create our new approaches and share lessons learned.
